Modification of Boundary Line Between Surigao and Davao
Act No. 3358, approved on December 3, 1927, modifies the boundary line between the provinces of Surigao and Davao. It annexes the barrios of Palo-Alto and San Roque from the municipality of Cateel in Davao to the municipality of Lingig in Surigao. ACT NO. 3358
AN ACT MODIFYING THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE PROVINCES OF SURIGAO AND DAVAO BY ANNEXING THE BARRIOS OF PALO-ALTO AND SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF CATEEL, DAVAO, TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF LINGIG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO
SECTION 1. The present boundary line between the Provinces of Surigao and Davao is hereby modified by annexing the barrios of Palo-Alto and San Roque, municipality of Cateel, Province of Davao, to the municipality of Lingig, Province of Surigao.
SECTION 2. All acts or parts of act in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, December 3, 1927.
