REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9074
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BASDIOT, MUNICIPALITY OF MOALBOAL, PROVINCE OF CEBU TO BE KNOWN AS THE MOALBOAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Basdiot, Municipality of Moalboal, Province of Cebu to be known as the Moalboal National High School. EcTCAD
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the establishment so as to make it operational during the first school year after the effectivity of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
