Media Launch of the Rules on Expedited Procedures in the First Level Courts on 08 April 2022
The OCA Circular No. 74-2022 announces a media launch for the Rules on Expedited Procedures in First Level Courts, scheduled for April 8, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. All Executive Judges are required to attend via Zoom, while other first level court judges are encouraged to watch the event on YouTube. During the launch, Executive Judges are invited to participate in a Q&A session using the chatbox for clarification on the new rules. Judges are advised to familiarize themselves with these rules beforehand and prepare any questions they may have.

The Media Launch of the Rules on Expedited Procedures in the First Level Courts will be held on 08 April 2022, 2:00 p.m., at the Supreme Court En Banc Session Hall.
All Executive Judges of the first level courts are DIRECTED to attend the media launch via live Zoom using the following link:

During the Question and Answer segment of the program, Executive Judges are ENCOURAGED to participate and raise questions on matters regarding the Rules that they deem may require clarification using the chatbox tool of the Zoom platform. Further, all first level court Judges are ADVISED to familiarize themselves with the new Rules and prepare their questions, if any, for clarification, which may be coursed through the Executive Judges present at the Zoom meeting.
