DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 19, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BUTUAN CITY
WHEREAS, Monday, May 19, 2008, the City of Butuan celebrates Balangay Festival honoring the feast day of its patron saint, Saint Joseph; HDIaST
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, May 19, 2008, as special (non-working) day in Butuan City. ASDTEa
