Malinao National High School in Barangay Malinao, Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental
Republic Act No. 8819, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Malinao National High School in Barangay Malinao, Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8819
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MALINAO, CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE MALINAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Malinao, Gingoog City, Province of Misamis Oriental to be known as the Malinao National High School. AEaSTC
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) shall take the necessary steps for the establishment of the school so as to make it fully operational during the school term immediately following the effectivity of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
