Making Applicable to the Department of Mindanao and Sulu Acts No. 2030 and 2387 of the Philippine Legislature

ACT NO. 2413
AN ACT MAKING APPLICABLE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MINDANAO AND SULU ACTS NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND AND THIRTY AND TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SEVEN OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. Act Numbered Two thousand and thirty, passed February third, nineteen hundred and eleven, entitled "An Act amending paragraph numbered five of article five hundred three, and article five hundred and eight, five hundred and twelve, and five hundred and twenty of the Penal Code, by imposing a severer penalty for the crimes of robbery and theft of large cattle" is hereby made applicable to the Department of Mindanao and Sulu and shall have full force and effect therein.
SECTION 2. Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and eighty-seven, passed February twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and fourteen, entitled "An Act establishing qualifications for appointment as notary public, and for other purposes" is hereby made applicable to the Department of Mindanao and Sulu and shall have full force and effect therein. SECTION 3. Act Numbered Two hundred and forty-seven of the legislative council, entitled "An Act establishing the crime of larceny of large cattle and providing a penalty therefor," is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
