Magdaup National High School in Barangay Magdaup, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay
Republic Act No. 9530, enacted on March 24, 2009, establishes a national high school in Barangay Magdaup, Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, named Magdaup National High School. The Department of Education will supervise the school, and its operational funding will be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act. The Secretary of Education is tasked with issuing necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of the Act. This law will take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9530
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MAGDAUP, MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY TO BE KNOWN AS MAGDAUP NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. Establishment of a National High School. — There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a national high school in Barangay Magdaup, Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to be known as Magdaup National High School. ECcTaH
SECTION 2. Appropriations. —The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Magdaup National High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. Implementation. — The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations that may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. TaCDAH
SECTION 4. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
