REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8645
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LOGAC, MUNICIPALITY OF LAL-LO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS LOGAC HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Logac, Municipality of Lal-lo, Province of Cagayan, to be known as Logac High School.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on May 30, 1998, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
