On March 1, 1989, the Supreme Court issued Administrative Circular No. 13-89, notifying relevant courts and legal bodies about the lifting of the suspension of Atty. Ponciano B. SUBJECT : Lifting of the Suspension of Atty. Ponciano B. Jacinto from the practice of law

 

For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the RESOLUTION of the Court En Banc, dated January 26, 1989, in G.R. No. 78926 entitled "Facunda Y. Palmario v. Social Security System, et al. "lifting the order of suspension of Atty. PONCIANO B. JACINTO from the practice of law, to wit:

"ACCORDINGLY, the Court hereby lifts the suspension of Ponciano B. Jacinto and restores him to membership in the Philippine Bar, with all the rights and privileges appurtenant thereto and — let him ever be reminded — its responsibilities as well. This resolution shall take effect immediately. aisa dc

Let copies of this resolution be attached to the personal records of Atty. Ponciano B. Jacinto."
