AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FISHERY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CABOTONAN, MUNICIPALITY OF LAGONOY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LAGONOY FISHERY SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), a fishery school in Barangay Cabotonan, Municipality of Lagonoy, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as the Lagonoy Fishery School.
SECTION 2. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act, and shall determine the manner by which the said school shall be operational.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
