REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8038
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LA LIBERTAD, NEGROS ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LA LIBERTAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national high school in the Municipality of La Libertad, Negros Oriental, to known as the La Libertad National High School. casia
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on June 5, 1995 without the signature of the President in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
