Kongkong Valley National High School in Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya
Republic Act No. 8260, enacted on February 16, 1997, establishes the Kongkong Valley National High School in the Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8260
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN KONGKONG VALLEY, MUNICIPALITY OF KASIBU, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KONGKONG VALLEY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Kongkong Valley, Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as the Kongkong Valley National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
