PROCLAMATION NO. 1552
DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 14, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, Monday, July 14, 2008, marks the 1st anniversary of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, as a city; cCAIDS
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 14, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 11th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eight.
