Josefa Llanes Escoda National Highway Act
Republic Act No. 9463, enacted on May 15, 2007, designates the San Nicolas-Solsona segment of the Ilocos Norte-Apayao Road as the Josefa Llanes Escoda National Highway. This Act officially names the road section beginning at Km. Post 484+000 and ending at Km. Post 524+000 in the Province of Ilocos Norte. The law took effect immediately upon its approval.

AN ACT NAMING THE SAN NICOLAS-SOLSONA PORTION OF THE ILOCOS NORTE-APAYAO ROAD AS THE JOSEFA LLANES ESCODA NATIONAL HIGHWAY
SECTION 1. This Act shall be known as the "Josefa Llanes Escoda National Highway Act".
SECTION 2. The San Nicolas-Solsona portion of the Ilocos Norte — Apayao Road starting from Km. Post 484+000 to Km. Post 524+000 in the Province of Ilocos Norte is hereby named as the Josefa Llanes Escoda National Highway. EITcaH
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
