CHED MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 061-07

In accordance with the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 7722, otherwise known as the "Higher Education Act of 1994" and pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 566 directing the Commission on Higher Education to regulate the establishment and operation of review centers and similar entities and by virtue of CHED En Banc Resolution No. 771-2007 dated November 12, 2007, ISO Certifications issued to Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) shall be considered as equivalent criteria in lieu of the academic program accreditation in the evaluation of requirements of HEIs applying to operate a review center as required under Section 1, Rule VII of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Executive Order No. 566. aCATSI
