PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1028
AMENDING PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE BY INSERTING A NEW SECTION THREE AFTER SECTION TWO THEREOF
I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, in order to effect minor amendments to existing law and to correct certain typographical errors therein, do hereby order and decree the following:
SECTION 1. A new section, denominated as Section 3, is hereby inserted after Section Two of Presidential Decree No. 845 which shall read as follows:
"SEC. 3. All acts, decrees, orders, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly."
SECTION 2. Section three of the same decree is renumbered accordingly as Section four.
SECTION 3. This Decree shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Six.
