Increase in Bed Capacity of Minglanilla District Hospital in Minglanilla, Cebu

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7175
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE MINGLANILLA DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, FROM FIFTY (50) TO SEVENTY-FIVE (75) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Minglanilla District Hospital in the Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu, is hereby increased from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds. acd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
