REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7209
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE EULOGIO RODRIGUEZ, SR., MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN BARANGAY STO. NIÑO, MUNICIPALITY OF MARIKINA, METRO MANILA, FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Eulogio Rodriguez, Sr., Memorial Hospital in Barangay Sto. Niño, Municipality of Marikina, Metro Manila, is hereby increased from one hundred (100) to one hundred fifty (150) beds. cd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
