REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7589
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE DR. RAFAEL TUMBOKON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KALIBO, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Dr. Rafael Tumbokon Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Kalibo, Province of Aklan, is hereby increased from one hundred (100) to one hundred fifty (150) beds.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
