OCA Circular No. 75-2021 mandates that all Executive Judges of the Second Level Courts include specific notarial details—namely, the Document No., Page No., Book No., and Series of the year—in the Certificate of Authority for a Notarial Act (CANA) for documents related to adoption cases, especially those involving intercountry adoption. This directive follows a request from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to standardize notarial documentation in these sensitive cases.
