IN RE: REQUEST TO INCREASE THE BAR EXAMINATION AND ADMISSION FEES
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 28, 2023, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 859 (In Re: Request to Increase the Bar Examination and Admission Fees). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to INCREASE the Bar admission fee from Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P3,750.00) to Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) to take effect upon the oathtaking and roll signing ceremonies for the successful 2022 Bar applicants. HTcADC
The subject increase shall cover the imminent surge in the operation costs, particularly the cost of the venue for the oathtaking and roll signing ceremonies, and other logistical expenses, as well as the allowances of concerned personnel. This is also concomitant to the innovations that will be implemented in the said Court proceedings." (adv27)
