LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 56

Due to the current world shortage of protein ingredients, resulting in increasing import prices, delayed shipments, thereby threatening the continuous availability of animal feeds, you are hereby instructed to:
1. Import necessary quantities of ingredients, concentrates, and where available ready made animal feeds to arrive in the Philippines at the earliest possible time but not later than May, 1973.
2. Whatever commodity is imported, to sell the same to the members of the Philippine Association of Feed Millers, Inc. and/or bona fide members of swine and poultry raiser's cooperatives and/or associations.
Immediate and strict compliance with this Letter of Instruction is desired.
