DENR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 16-08
| SUBJECT | : | Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9323 — An Act Reclassifying a Parcel of Timberland Located in Barangay Atabay, Municipality of Hilongos, Province of Leyte, as Alienable or Disposable Land for Residential, Commercial and Other Productive Purposes |
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 192, R.A. No. 730 and Commonwealth Act (C.A.) No. 141, as amended, the following implementing rules and regulations relative to the disposition of the lands covered by R.A. No. 9323 are hereby promulgated, for the guidance and compliance of all concerned.
1. The Land Management Services (LMS) of DENR Regional Office (Region 8) shall conduct the delimitation survey of the area subject of the disposition, within 15 days after the effectivity of this Order.
2. All public land applications shall be filed with the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), 5th District Baybay, Leyte where the said parcel of land is located.
3. The areas shall be disposed of and processed through the regular procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Public Land Act (C.A. No. 141), R.A. No. 9323, R.A No. 730 and other related land laws.
All orders, circulars and other issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or modified accordingly. IHcSCA
This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and fifteen (15) days from the date of filing with the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR).
