LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 350

In order to carry out the mandate of the New Constitution particularly Section 12, Article XV thereof, which provides that the state shall establish and maintain an Integrated National Police whose organization, administration and operation shall be provided by law, you are hereby directed to implement fully, effective January 1, 1976, the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 765 dated August 8, 1975 providing for the constitution of the Integrated National Police and Presidential Decree No. 632 dated January 6, 1975 providing for the budgetary administration of the Integrated National Police. aisa dc
This Letter of Instruction shall be transmitted to all Provincial Governors, City Mayors, Municipal Mayors, Provincial/City/Municipal Board and Councils, Provincial City/Municipal Treasurers and other officials concerned.
