In order to introduce the deliberative element in the formulation of tariff policies and thereby attain judicious policy recommendations on tariff matters, there is need to implement the provisions of the Integrated Reorganization Plan relative to the conversion of the Tariff Commission into a collegial body of three members. cd i
You are therefore hereby directed to take the necessary steps to implement the provisions of Article VIII, Chapter I, Part VI of the Integrated Reorganization Plan.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 20th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Four.
