Identifying Visa Types and Guidelines for Issuances of Gratis ACR I-Card

BI OPERATIONS ORDER NO. SBM-2015-017-A

IDENTIFYING VISA TYPES AND GUIDELINES FOR ISSUANCES OF GRATIS ACR I-CARD

SECTION 1 of Operations Order No. SBM-2015-017 adopting and using the new designs of the Alien Certificate of Registration Identifying Cards (ACR I-Cards) identified ten (10) categories of the new ACR I-Cards, including aGratis category.

Hence, the Gratis category is hereby amended to include the following visas:

1. R.A. 7837 i

2. C.A. 613, 47 (b) ii

Gratis ACR I-Cards shall be free for issuance, renewal and reissuance.However, requests for reissuance of ACR I-Cards due to misspelled or incomplete information supplied by the applicant shall be subject to a fee of twenty US dollars (USD $20.00).

In lieu of official receipts for ACR I-Card fees, anOrder of Exemption bearing a control number shall be secured from the ARD Certificate Section, with approval of the Chief, ARD.

Gratis ACR I-Cards shall be valid for five (5) years for RA 7837 and ten (10) years for C.A. 613, 47 (b) visas.

This Operations Order Shall take effect immediately. SDHTEC
