LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 510

In the line with the program of improving the national security and for greater administrative efficiency, you are hereby directed to locate appropriate areas all over the country to be proclaimed as naval reservations under the administration of either the Philippine Navy or the Philippine Coast Guard.
Likewise the Commanding Generals of the other major services are directed to locate appropriate areas for military reservations for the purpose of national security or of increased administrative efficiency.
The Director of Lands shall cause the survey of these proposed reservations and shall submit the necessary drafts of proclamations for my approval.
