Guidelines to Implement Mediation in Regional Trial Courts Acting as Appellate Courts in Appeals from First Level Courts

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated February 10, 2009
"A.M. No. 08-9-10-SC-PHILJA. — Re: Guidelines to Implement Mediation in Regional Trial Courts Acting as Appellate Courts in Appeals from First Level Courts. — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the Comment dated January 23, 2009 filed by Justice Ameurfina A. Melencio Herrera, Chancellor, PHILJA, in compliance with the resolution of December 16, 2008, re-submitting the Proposed Guidelines to Implement Mediation in Regional Trial Courts Acting as Appellate Courts in Appeals from First Level Courts, incorporating the modifications noted therein; and
(b) APPROVE the aforesaid Proposed Guidelines to Implement Mediation in Regional Trial Courts Acting as Appellate Courts in Appeals from First Level Courts." (adv57)
