LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 775

The following guidelines on the movement of military personnel are hereby reiterated for the strict compliance of all concerned: cd
1. No AFP officer or enlisted man shall undertake any travel abroad without prior approval by the President.
2. Recommendations for the sending of special missions abroad shall be accompanied with the project proposal which will include its funding.
3. Any AFP officer or enlisted man authorized to undertake a trip in a foreign country, must report to the Military Attache of the Philippine Embassy nearest his destination or area of operation.
4. Submit a report upon his return.
