Guidelines in the Approval of the Detail of Locally Funded Employees
OCA Circular No. 195-2022 outlines the guidelines for approving the detail of locally-funded employees to first and second level courts in the Philippines. The number of employees allowed for detail is determined by the court's caseload and the number of branches, with specific limits set for both single-sala courts and the Office of the Clerk of Court. Courts with caseloads below 100 or those seeking additional employees beyond the established limits must obtain approval from the Office of the Court Administrator. Requests exceeding the maximum allowed will be referred back to the Presiding/Executive Judge for further recommendation. Compliance with these guidelines is mandated for all judges and court personnel.
