Guidelines Governing the Submission of Required Reports for Micro Cooperatives
CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2019-004 outlines the guidelines for micro cooperatives in the Philippines regarding the submission of required reports to the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). These guidelines apply to cooperatives with assets of P3,000,000 or below and at least one year of operation. Required submissions include an electronically encoded Cooperative Annual Progress Report, audited financial statements, a list of officers, and various governance reports. Failure to submit these reports within 120 days of the calendar year's end will result in non-compliance status and the withholding of a Certificate of Compliance. The guidelines take effect following approval and publication, superseding any inconsistent prior circulars.
