Act No. 3446, approved on November 30, 1928, authorizes the municipal council of Isabela, Occidental Negros, to allocate up to one thousand pesos as a reward to Elpidio Fernandez for his heroic actions during a confrontation between the "pulahanes" and local police. ACT NO. 3446

AN ACT GRANTING A REWARD IN THE SUM OF NOT MORE THAN ONE THOUSAND PESOS TO ELPIDIO FERNANDEZ, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

SECTION 1. The municipal council of Isabela, Occidental Negros, is hereby authorized to appropriate the sum of not more than one thousand pesos out of the municipal funds to be given as a reward to Elpidio Fernandez in recognition of the heroic services he rendered to the people of Occidental Negros on the occasion of an encounter between the "pulahanes" and the police force of the municipality of Isabela, Occidental Negros.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
