PROCLAMATION NO. 2392
GRANTING PROPRIETARY AND JURISDICTIONAL RIGHTS IN FAVOR OF THE CITY OF CADIZ, A PARCEL OF LAND ESTABLISHED AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR PUBLIC USE, SITUATED IN BARANGAY TINAMPA-AN, CADIZ CITY
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdrew from sale, settlement or disposition and reserve for public use for the City of Cadiz, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future surveys, a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of 34 hectares situated in Barangay Tinampa-an, Cadiz City which parcel is shown in BFD Map C.R.-250, and more particularly described as follows: casia
"Beginning from corner 1, a stake identical to corner 51, Lot 244 Cadiz Cad. B.L. Case I; thence following Lapus-lapus creek upstream in a general southwesterly direction about 370 meters to corner 2, an Api-api, 39 cm. in diameter on the southeastern bank of Lapus-lapus creek; thence, following Lapus-lapus creek upstream in a general southwesterly and northwesterly directions about 390 meters to corner 3, and Api-api 20 cm. in diameter on the southwest bank of Lapus-lapus creek; thence following Lapus-lapus creek on a general northwesterly direction about 280 meters to corner 4, a stake identical to corner 37, Lot 224 Cadiz Cad. B.L. corner 1; thence, following the Tinampayan River downstream in a general northeasterly direction about 460 meters to corner 5 or B.B.M. No. 23 on the east bank of Tinampa-an River; thence, following Tinampa-an River upstream about 960 meters to the point of the beginning.
Bounded on the north by Tinampa-an River and seashore, on the east by seashore, on the South by Lapus-lapus creek and on the west by Tinampa-an River, containing an area of 34.0 hectares."
