WHEREAS, since their arrival in the Philippines they have decided to make the country their permanent home to which they shall forever pledge and hold their loyalty, obedience and allegiance; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Immigration and Deportation has strongly recommended the grant of Philippine citizenship to them;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby grant Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto to the following:
