Grant of Extension to Laoag Electric Light and Power Company to Accept Franchise

ACT NO. 3458
AN ACT GRANTING THE LAOAG ELECTRIC LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY AN EXTENSION OF TIME WITHIN WHICH IT MAY FILE ITS ACCEPTANCE OF THE FRANCHISE GRANTED UNDER ACT NUMBERED THREE THOUSAND AND SEVENTY-EIGHT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. The Laoag Electric Light and Power Company is hereby granted an extension of time of thirty days from the approval of this Act within which to file its acceptance of the privilege granted under Act Numbered Three thousand and seventy-eight notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary contained in the latter Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
