ACT NO. 3677
AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY-EIGHT, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT FOR THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY
SECTION 1. Item 1, subsection DD, section one of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirty-eight, more commonly known as the General Appropriation Act for the year nineteen hundred and thirty, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. Item 201, subsection DD, section one of the same Act is also hereby amended to read as follows:

| pests and diseases |

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect as of January first, nineteen hundred and thirty.
