Furnishing Criminal Investigation Service Command National Capital Judicial Region Copies of Warrants of Arrest

Quoted hereunder is a request dated July 18, 1994 of the Criminal Investigation Service Command, National Capital Regional Office, Camp Crame, Quezon City (Tel. No. 721-96-86):
"In the interest of justice and in furtherance of the objective of our Office to effect the immediate arrest of subjects of Warrants of Arrest, this Office would like to request the Honorable Court Administrator to direct all Clerks of Court of Metro Manila to furnish us with copies of Warrant of Arrest issued by the various RTCs/MTCs in their respective jurisdiction on a weekly basis to be collected by CIS personnel."
All concerned are hereby directed to furnish copies of warrants of arrest issued by the Courts in your stations to the authorized liaison officers of the Criminal Investigation Service Command, NCRO, who will personally take delivery at the Clerk's office once a week. The latter shall coordinate with the appropriate police agencies in the National Capital Region to avoid work duplication and shall immediately make a return on the warrants as directed by the issuing courts.
