COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 624
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TEN MILLION PESOS FOR CIVILIAN DEFENSE
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of ten million pesos to be expended by the Civilian Emergency Administration, subject to the approval of the President of the Philippines, for the protection, defense, and welfare of the civil population of the Philippines.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
