AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE RECORDS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (PRMA) TO CONDUCT A FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 1984 TO DECEMBER 31, 1984
WHEREAS, the Philippine Records Management Association (PRMA) will host the First International Records Management Conference in 1985; and
WHEREAS, in the pursuit of the numerous tasks involved in the fulfillment of this international commitment, the PRMA needs the cooperation and support of the public, particularly in raising funds necessary for the successful holding of the Congress; aisa dc
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Records Management Association to conduct a fund campaign during the period from January 1, 1984 to December 31, 1984.
I call upon all citizens and residents of the Philippines, irrespective of nationality and creed to give generously and participate actively in this drive and help in the successful holding of the Congress.
