REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10610
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FISH PORT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN VICENTE, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be constructed, under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), a fish port in the Municipality of San Vicente, Province of Northern Samar.
SECTION 2. The PFDA, in coordination with the local government unit concerned, shall formulate the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the construction of said fish port shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The local government shall set aside funds from any available local revenues in an amount deemed appropriate for its operationalization.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. SaICcT
