OCA CIRCULAR NO. 6-94

All Trial Judges and personnel are reminded that under R.A. No. 6713, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Net Worth and Disclosure of Business Interests and Financial Connections are to be filed on or before the 30th day of April of every year. Judges are required to file their Statements with the Office of the Court Administrator.
Trial judges are directed to check their records on the filing of these Statements to verify compliance with the law.
We also urge all members of the trial judiciary to file their Statements at the soonest possible time this year, without waiting for the month of April, so that the Office may process their papers without delay.
