PROCLAMATION NO. 1467
DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ESCALANTE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, Thursday, February 28, 2008, marks the 7th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Escalante; CSTEHI
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Escalante be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 28, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Escalante.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eight.
