Extension of Rental and Concession Fee Payments in Compliance with RA No. 11469 or the "Bayanihan to Heal as One Act"

2. Coverage
All PPA lessees and port terminal operators who are required to pay rental dues and concession fees as provided in the lease contracts, agreements, guidelines or undertaking. HTcADC
3. Guidelines
3.1. All qualified PPA lessees and port terminal operators shall be granted a minimum of 30-day grace period on rental dues and concession fees falling within the period of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), without incurring interest, penalties, fees and other charges.
3.2. The 30 calendar days within which to pay rental dues and concession fees shall reckon from the last due date of the rent or concession fee falling within the ECQ Period.
3.3. The 12% interest and 25% penalty charges per annum will be imposed on late payment of rental charges and concession fees upon expiration of the 30-day grace period granted to PPA lessees and port terminal operators.
4. Effectivity
Given the presence of a public health emergency, this Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately upon its publication.
