Extension of Life of People's Homesite and Housing Corp.
Republic Act No. 6091, enacted on August 4, 1969, extends the existence of the People's Homesite and Housing Corporation for an additional twenty-five years, effective immediately after its current term expires on January 24, 1976. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6091
AN ACT EXTENDING THE LIFE OF THE PEOPLE'S HOMESITE AND HOUSING CORPORATION FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FIVE YEARS TO TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE PRESENT LIFE TERM ON JANUARY TWENTY-FOUR, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-SIX
SECTION 1. In order to enable the People's Homesite and Housing Corporation to continue its role as one of the Government's housing agencies, it is hereby given a period of another twenty-five years of existence to take effect immediately upon the expiration of its present life term on January twenty-four, nineteen hundred and seventy-six. cd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
