For reasons of national policy, it is essential that the fuel price support for certain designated transport and other industries be continued. Accordingly, the effectivity of Letter of Instruction No. 280 as extended by Letter of Instruction No. 306 is hereby further extended for another period of three (3) months beginning October 1, 1975 and ending December 31, 1975. cd
