In its Resolution dated 6 December 2022 in B.M. No. 4340 (In Re: Integrated Bar of the Philippines' Resolution on the Implementation of OCA Circular No. 290-(20)22, the Court En Banc resolved to:
EXTEND to February 1, 2023 the effectivity date for the compulsory use of the Judiciary Electronic Solution system (JEPS) for transactions amounting to more than One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) as envisioned under Guideline No. 2 of OCA Circular No. 290-(20)22 dated October 20, 2022. The extension will give lawyers, and the public as well, more time to familiarize themselves with the payment solution which only aims to make the processes and payment of legal fees and other court collections easier, and more accessible and convenient.
