Extending the Effectivity of B.P. Blg. 25
Batas Pambansa Blg. 867, enacted on December 28, 1984, extends the effectivity of Batas Pambansa Bilang 25 until June 30, 1985. This extension follows the previous extension granted by Presidential Decree No. 1912, which was set to expire on December 31, 1984. The Act also repeals, amends, or modifies any existing laws or decrees that conflict with its provisions. It takes effect immediately upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on March 11, 1985.

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 867
AN ACT FURTHER EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVITY OF BATAS PAMBANSA BILANG 25 TO JUNE 30, 1985
SECTION 1. The effectivity of Batas Pambansa Bilang 25 as extended by Presidential Decree No. 1912 up to December 31, 1984 is hereby further extended to June 30, 1985.
SECTION 2. Any existing law or decree contrary to this Act is hereby repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
