PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 222
EXTENDING UP TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1973, THE DEADLINE FOR THE FILING OF INDIVIDUAL DECLARATION OF THE TRUE VALUE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the deadline fixed under Presidential Decree No. 76 dated December 6, 1972, for the filing of individual declarations on the true value of real property is June 30, 1973; and cd i
WHEREAS, there has been widespread clamor for the extension of the deadline as fixed in said decree for the reason, among others, that many assessors have not completed the evaluation of properties in their jurisdiction;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of all the Armed Forces of the Philippines and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081 dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1 dated September 22, 1972, do hereby extend the deadline for the filing of individual declarations of the true value of real property fixed under Presidential Decree No. 76 from June 30, 1973, to September 30, 1973.
