Expansion and Upgrade of Cagayan District Hospital in Aparri, Cagayan into Aparri Provincial Hospital

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7381
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CAGAYAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, FROM FIFTY (50) TO SEVENTY-FIVE (75) BEDS, AND UPGRADING IT INTO A PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE APARRI PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Cagayan District Hospital in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan, is hereby expanded and upgraded from fifty (50) to seventy-five beds (75) beds and upgrading it into a provincial hospital to be known as the Aparri Provincial Hospital. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriation Act of the year following its enactment into law.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
