Evaluation of the Court-Annexed Mediation Project
On March 24, 2004, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued Administrative Circular No. 12-04, which calls for the evaluation of the Court-Annexed Mediation Project. SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 12-04

WHEREAS, the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) is currently undertaking an Evaluation of the Court-Annexed Mediation Project in coordination with the Social Weather Stations (SWS) and in partnership with The Asia Foundation (TAF);
WHEREAS, SWS is doing a mail survey of all stakeholders of the Philippine Mediation Centers (PMC) in Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao; aTEHCc
WHEREAS, the purpose of this project is to determine and evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the mediation project, particularly, with respect to mediation systems and procedures, among others;
WHEREAS, the cooperation of all concerned judges, court personnel and accredited mediators is imperative for the success of the project;
WHEREFORE, you are hereby enjoined to submit a strictly confidential response to the enclosed questionnaire. Upon completion, return it to SWS using the enclosed business reply envelope not later than May 14, 2004.
